ARCHITECTURE PRESENTATION BOARD PREFLIGHT Purpose and hierarchy [ ] The board states one decision, argument, or project idea. [ ] One image or drawing leads at first glance. [ ] Every supporting item adds evidence not carried by the lead. [ ] The reading order works from across the room and at reading distance. Design record [ ] Every render has a named source revision and saved camera. [ ] Plans, sections, dimensions, and technical claims come from verified files. [ ] Generated images are labelled accurately where their status matters. [ ] Captions identify what changed, what stayed fixed, and what remains open. Layout and type [ ] Margins, columns, gutters, and baselines follow one system. [ ] No important opening, edge, person, or label is lost to a crop. [ ] Titles, labels, captions, and drawing text form a clear hierarchy. [ ] Line weights and small text survive a reduced print proof. Images and links [ ] Every placed file is current and available. [ ] Effective image resolution is checked at final placed size. [ ] Linked plans and diagrams remain vector where the workflow allows. [ ] No image is stretched, duplicated by mistake, or used beyond its source. Print production [ ] Final sheet size and orientation match the brief. [ ] Bleed, crop marks, PDF standard, and color profile match printer guidance. [ ] Fonts are available or embedded as the delivery workflow requires. [ ] Overset text, missing links, transparency, and output warnings are resolved. [ ] The exported PDF is inspected at full page and 100% zoom. [ ] A reduced proof or representative crop has been printed when possible. Screen delivery [ ] Pixel dimensions and aspect ratio match the venue display. [ ] Contrast and line weight hold on the actual display or a close substitute. [ ] No print-only marks, bleed, or color conversion remain in the screen file. Final handoff [ ] Filename, revision, date, owner, and approval status are clear. [ ] The editable source and linked assets are archived with the final export. [ ] A second reviewer has checked the board against the brief.
